Disrespectful service to an elderly person

My mum is 85 and bought a cellphone from Jet in Tygervalley. It is a very basic cellphone and only cost R200. She was told she had 7 days to return the phone. She took it back within the 7 days and was told there is nothing wrong with the phone, and she got what she paid for and they would not return the phone.

I find this extremely upsetting. My mum is old and not technological savvy. I tried to contact the branch but i cant get through.

My mum is highly upset and this is all she can talk about.

We forget that our elderly people are very vulnerable.
