Disrespectful service

I am so disappointed in the level of rather lack of service received from the Jet store in Sasolburg. I was standing in line to pay for what I had taken then I see 2 ladies standing next to the teller. When the teller was done with her customer those 2 ladies went forth and paid while I was standing in line. I paid it no mind and waited patiently for my turn. Then behind me was another customer who was called to the same teller to get assisted. I stood there in awe because maybe I was invisible or something I don't know but that was unacceptable. I will not stand in line and be disregarded and disrespected like that as though my purchase is unworthy.
