Disgusting staff at Jet Phoenix Plaza

I went to Jet Phoenix Plaza. Standing in the queue for almost an hour with only 2 cashiers working while the other staff stood in the corner on their phones or busy singing along with the music playing. When I complained the staff turned up the music to blasting point to drown me out. I asked for the manager and was told she was coming but no one approached me. I had to ask again and locate her myself before she actually spoke to me. Khunjinliwe Nxumelo is the manager. She had nothing to say about my experience. She practically ignored me. There was no apology. A staff member argued with me in front of the manager and she just was quiet. Ridiculous how the staff of this store behaves like they are doing us a favour. I expect this to be addressed. Best believe I will be taking it further!
