Disgusting Services

Good afternoon,

I am utterly shocked and disgusted by receiving my statement. On numerous occasions, I have asked for my account to be credited as I have never signed up for Jet Club or a Funeral Plan. The Funeral Plan was eventually cancelled, but I am still being billed for Jet Club. This is **********!!! I have never accepted, signed or gave consent to this. Where is the POPI Act??? I have been a loyal Edcon customer for many decades and disgusted by this ********** behavior which I have raised several times!!!! Please cancel this **** immediately and credit my account ASAP! Please acknowledge my letter as I intend to close this account!
