Disgusting service, with idiotic systems

I have exhausted all avenues to get payment allocated to my account. The latest statement I received I ****en ridiculous with collection fees added to an account that was already paid. I was informed payment will be allocated and all the collection fee charges will be removed, I do not know why I believed the stupid *****s will honor their words. How difficult is it to allocate payment when pop is sent? I do not care what you idiots do with the account, I will never pay the account until the R450 is allocated. A Jet account was paid at Jet Home and your system cant trace the payment. Hell, you lot can go rot in the nearest hell, stupid idiots
