Disgusting SERVICE! UNRESOLVED ISSUE!

Disgusting SERVICE! I requested to settling my account on 27th of March, quick to receive a settlement letter, amount of R3, 479.76 paid on the same day received paid up letter only in April after numerous calls. To my surprise until today 17 September 2020 I'm still getting SMSs that I have an outstanding account! I am being transferred to numerous people managers promising me they will call back.. I have been communicating with TEBOHO NGWENYA COLLECTIONS MANAGER NO FEEDBACK FROM HIM! MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE! Still no feedback! I want this Resolved ASAP!
