Disgusting service given
My Grand ma bought for me a phone at Jet butterworth on the *** and *** i went to jet oxford because the phone was not having the setting can not go to internet she said i must go to butterworth i am not her customer ,i have to pay R120 to the Somalian shop for this to be fixed and one of the consultant the short lady she just took her bag and leave ,what is the use of having account with Edcon if i must pay money to Somalians to fix something is covered by the store,because it was within 7 days .
