Disgusting service from Jet Southdale

I am writing this review with the utmost anguish and dissatisfaction over the caliabre of the staff that is highered at Jet Southdale.

I recently used my jet card on the 11 Oct 2020 due to issues I was unable to use my jet account however the payment went off my account. The teller advised that a reversal was done and it takes a few hours to be reversed on system. On the 12 Oct 2020 I then went back to the store and still no reversal was made and they refused to give the items advising that payment is not yet reflecting on their system. I then paid cash and left the store because they advised that it takes a few days. A few days later I received a call advising that I need to come back to the store for the reversal. Today the 23 Oct 202 I go to the store and they were still unable to reverse the money from my account. After being there for more than 2 hours and speaking to headoffice still no luck. I then questioned the ladies they started screaming and attacking me in the store. The manager of the store is the most rude and arrogant women I have ever met. She knows nothing about customer service and should not be in such a position. She has no people skills and compension for customers. I feel as if I was ****** they took money of my account but I got no goods. That's what you call ****************. I left the store in tears because of the manner in which I was attacked by the staff of jet especially from the manager.
