Disgusting service

These people are not customer centric they are very disrespectful in a sense that they send me the same emails and not responding to me or acknowledging my initial emails. My deepest concern is the level of inconsistency from the supervisor I could tell that I was provided the voucher only to dismiss me. They went dead silent I had to reach out after I was promised they get the phone the phone store delivered to Clearwater for me to collect. But now am given an impression that they are still looking for this phone when it was already confirmed 3 stores have this phone. They sold me a broken unusable phone when they were booking it in I was told the phone is fine but when it came back there was so much faulty with t h e phone. So am still being treated like **** getting lame emails that means nothing.
