Disgusting service and *********** customer service

I once wrote a review complaining about Jet store asking them to resolve my issue of protection plan, Instead I receive threatening call from different people being rude to me telling me all call are recorded which I dont have a problem with but if you request them you dont get theirs where they being rude to you givimg threaths that you will be handed over wghich they have done now. We once come to an agreement that I will be paying R300 every month while trying to resolve the issue since I have other policies with them. to my suprise now I getting calls from different people again informimg me that I have been handed over without any communication, I have given them my email and they have my mobile number nothing received. Please resolve the issue stop harassing your clints,if you tired ogf your clints just tell them ,the are lot of shops selling clothes which they will be happy to have us.
