Disgusting Service

I was at the store at The Glen on Saturday 16/05/2015 at approximately 18h30 - I waited at the till for 30 mins and the store was quiet because it was closing time. One cashier on duty attending to a customer that took over 25 min doing what I have no idea - rest of the staff members standing around and having a chat not interested in assisting - when I approached them their attitude was \I don't care"- I walked out without purchasing anything and no one bothered to rectify the problem and this is not the first time that I received this disgusting service from the staff at this store."""
