Disgusting Customer Service

Disgusted with the treatment of the company. Visited your store with my grandchildren and the humiliation of getting to the counter and being advised that i do not have credit as it has been removed?????????????????? No phone call from the company to discuss with me the reason or advise e that this was being done????????????? How dare you treat customers like this after the loyal years of supporting the business???????? I am so humiliated and angry at this stage and will take this to E News as its disgusting. I have been trying since 8am to talk to a consultant and have been given different numbers and still no help. It is no wonder the business is collapsing if this is how you treat your clients.
