Disgusting and *********

Disgusting service.

I have recently come to know that I have a default on my ITC by Jet, I Tried calling Jet only to be asked to call another number with no assistance received. I emailed and the emailed bounced. I have called this week spoke to Eunice who promised her manager will call me back with no response.

I would like proof that a per the National consumer protection act requires that a written notification must be sent to the person prior to a listing. Please provide me with this confirmation as I have not received such.
