Disgusted with manager of JET Stores Zevenwacht St

I am highly Disgusted with one of your staff members at Jet store Zevenwacht mall CT branch earlier today . I am beyond disappointed .<br> Staff member said she is the branch manager ( Punzile ).My wife was treated with utter disrespect from your employee .My wife entered your store to return/exchage a few items we received as a gift for our kids as it was to big .Entering the store my wife showed security her carry bag security advised her to go to tills .manager asked my wife very rudely where she got this clothes as if it was ****** .after this manager had words with my wife in a rude and uprup manner my wife kept calm all the time .My wife asked manager if they have an complain line manager asked why and does my wife not have airtime ! this is not customer service at all and is Unacceptable .
