Disgusted with Jet Store Rosebank

The most pathetic service ever. We were told no receipt, no exchange. My mum in law had bought my niece clothing which was too small, she couldn't remember where the receipt was,she paid cash for the merchandise.After having spent 45min looking for clothing to exchange, the manager told us to call my mum in law who is 73 to ask her what date and amount she purchased the merchandise for. She could not remember the amount as she paid cash for the merchandise. He continued to help others despite not assisting us with our issue. We left the store without being assisted.
