disgusted

i bought a cellphone in store and was told it would be covered against theft and damage ,when the phone was ****** i visited the central view jet mart in pretoria and had to beg for attention since two of their consultants namely pertunia and yvonne were in continuos conversation as if no client was present finally i submitted my claim and was told i will get responce my guess is there is gross neglect of duty at this store and to date nothing has been done
