Disgusted by Jet Rcs service

I made a payment on my account via eft on the 28th of April. On 7th of May i received an sms saying that my account is outstanding, so i called Jet Rcs the next morning and was told by them that i should email the proof of payment to ***, which i did as soon as i put the phone down. The next day 08 May, i received a reply from the above email , Nosipuiwo, saying that i used the wrong reference and in future i should use my acc number and not my card number however they have forward the pop to the relevant department. This morning i received a call from RCS to ask when i will ne paying my account, i explained everything to the lady and she got short tempted with me, i told i just need to go check the email, i was told that i should just pay the account and then she dropped the phone in my ear!! I am so disgusted by her action, i didn't get a name but since you record the phone call i am sure you can go check as the call was made this morning 12:25 from ***. I received another sms now saying that my account is still outstanding they added a R250 interest to my bill!! Which is unacceptable as i paid my account not on time but before the time....
