Disgusted by jet at diepkloof square service

I received a call on Friday to come collect my phone which I took for repairs more than 5 months ago. They gave me a new phone which is still not working and when my mom got home I then called the branch manager to advice him that the phone doesn't pick up any network and all he said was to contact the service provider which I feel like it's not fair to pay for something that is not working. I have been inconvenienced for a very long time now and I demand my phone and feel like they also need to provide an apology gift as this is not even happening for the first time..I'm so disappointed and disgusted of the way my query is been handled being a very loyal customer to jet.
