Disgusted

I am very disgusted with Jet Stores. We had a insurance claim in February already for a ****** phone. Husband was gun pointed. We are still waiting to get our new phone and we are paying insurance every month and our installment. We called Hollard insurance and they saying the claim was approved long back but now Jet is telling us it's not showing on their system. Apparently TFG is taking over Jet Stores now. How long must we wait for it to show on their system. I am really sick and tired of this now. How can they not do a manuel claim for us in the mean time.
