Disgruntled customer feel de*****ed

I have had this account since for a while now I haven't used it in 2years and have been paying I only used R3460 something within the 2 years I hvnt gotten a statement nor know how much I'm left with this year queried it it 4 times but no one from head office has helped or told me something concrete so now they have also extended my limit without me knowing when I signed the contract it was R5000 now it's R7500 I called their ***** department they said they will help its since been from February till now so I feel de*****ed by jet since it was taken over by foschini group its a disaster I told them I'm taking them to the ombardsman but it didn't scare them
