Hi Jet

My name is Kashiefa Dolley. I have paid my settlement amount of R1272.62 in Nov 2018 and still haven't been cleared on my credit score. It shows that i still owe the amount of R2049.00!!! I still haven't received my settlement letter from your head office. Why is this taking so long???? This should have been taken care of in Nov 2018. I have sent an email to head office and NO Response!!! Why will nobody get back to me??? I need to resolve this quickly please.
