Disappointing Insurance claim empty promises

<p>I purchased a Samsung J5 for which I agreed for the cellphone to be insured through Jet Hollard cellphone insurance.The cellphone was recently ****** from my daughter <br />I have been to Jet for the a few times this month trying to find out if the insurance company received my claim but everytime I went to Zevenwacht Jet the cell department assistant said she send the documents and received reference numbers so that I can make an insurance claim, but the insurance company always claims that they never receieved my papepr work it has been more than a month of waiting and I am very getting vey imapatient and am truly dissapointed by your service delivery<br />I am very hurt by this situation, as I pay monthly for the insurance, This has been an inconvenience, and a cellphone is required urgently.</p>
