Disappointed client

Good evening. I am writing to lay a formal complaint about Ntombenhle Makhaza at Jet the glen mall, today i went to the store to purchase a white blouse, i took two different white blouse to the fitting room, as i was about to go in, ahe told me i cannot fit white items as customers make them dirty and not buy them.

I asked her then how am i supposed to know if it will fit me and would the store sell white clothing items without proper communication policies displayed so i can know as the client whether to proceed with my purchase or not, with a horrible attitude she told me should i make it dirty with my make up i will pay for it.

I told her that will not happen, at this moment the situation had escalated and now i am a spectacle of other customers as she dumped the blouse on top of me as i was holding plastics since there were no baskets available, walked away and told me i will pay for it like ut or not.

I went in, as i was inside i could heat her talking with her other colleague laughing about how i will pay for it should my make up stain the top. I finished fitting and did not even stain the top, wasn’t interested in buying it anymore as i was now ****ed off. I requested to speak to the manager who instead of remedying the situation came to her defence and told me she did not hear her disrespect but my response. When i asked for her name as she wasn't even wearing a name tag, now the manager wants to explain and i should understand that its the policy but can only be verbally stated as its not yet printed.

I asked for the complaints line as i could see that i am being made a fool and disrespected unnecessarily for merely coming to the store ro buy. Highly disappointed customer
