My acc was paid up last year already and all of a sudden i got a statment saying i owe this amount. My acc is paid up i buy ***** from use so take that *** off my acc and send my paid up letter then collections call me to make payment. How pathetic . My credit rating is being ****ed up fromt this?????????

Ive received an sms saying the refund was logged by when will it be take of my credit profile. I want the paid up letter as proof. This has been going on for long now.
