Denied me to pay with a gift card

Good day,<br> <br> I had a bad shopping experience at Jet Clearwater Mall, Lesego made it unpleasant.<br> <br> 1. When I got to the till I told Lesego that I got an SMS that when you buy toddler items u buy 2 and get the third one for free, and also told her that there are boards or flyers all over about the discount. However she said there's no such special up until her colleague said the system will do the discount.<br> <br> 2. I presented the Edcon gift voucher that had R500 , she told me it's declining and then checked the balance on her colleagues till and they told me it's R0.00 but they did not show me the receipt that says it's 0, I then took my cheque card and paid. I went to Edgar's to check the balance and it was R500 then went back to Lesego to show her the R500 receipt. Her manager Vusi intervened and took my gift card ad check on another till by MIRACLE it was R500 so I am very disappointed at Jet store and they inconvenienced me, I wasn't planning to use my money but the gift card.<br> <br> Regards<br> Rirhandzu
