Debt

I've been paying every month at Jet(King Willam's Town)and my debt doesn't go down.I am not taking that much and things that I take are less than a R500.I called them last year then they told me that I have many insurance policies I told them to erase them all although I knew nothing about them and left with one policy which is funeral policy but there is no difference. For example in July the debt was R6845 but this month I paid R400 and debt is R6929.14. I don't understand what is happening now. I want pay and finish this account.
