Daylight ******s

I once complained on this platform about Jet accounts department stating that I have been paying for airtime services that I have never used. A few days later the TFG company sent me a message stating that they are working on my case then on the 24th of September 2022 they sent me a message stating that my matter has been resolved with the reference number CS-983694. Later when I checked my statement I found that I am still paying for an airtime service that I complained about till this day. I have been trying to get through to both TFG and Jet accounts with no success. These people are daylight ******s, they have been taking my money for years on something I've never subscribed to. TFG please attend this matter and stop giving false messages saying that the matter has been resolved while I keep losing money.
