DAY LIGHT *******!!! BAD SERVICE!!!

There was ***** done on my Jet account, of which i was alerted by the Jet Branch in West street, Durban. There after i contacted their ***** department, during the process i was assured that the account n card is closed and blocked. The ***** department then told me that i can still make payment since there was an amout outstanding of which i then Settled. Now JET is harrasing me to pay a few that i do not know about. I am told it is monthly fees, my concern is how is there monthly fees when i was assured the account i closed!!!!!!
