Damaged Cell phone
My Fiance Bay n Cell phone at Jet but the phone give her problems they told her to bring the phone in for repair but after 5 days still now news we want them to replace the phone with a new one asap please and thanks we want service her name is Angeline Blance

Please be advised all cell phones purchased at any Edcon store is strictly supp**** from the relevant network provider.
A cell phone can only be exchanged or refunded if the service provider cannot fix the cell phone and therefore will instructed us to replace or refund the customer or the customer is experiencing problems and returns the cell phone within the 7 days out of box failure policy as stated on in the terms and conditions.
We are currently liaising with the store manager regarding the repairs on the cell phone feedback will be provided shortly.
