Dad customer service and I don't care attitude
<p>I went to the store yesterday after noon I bought couple of items when I got to the till only to find out that other intern is missing a price the cashier told me to go and get the another item she didn't ask me she was giving instruction.i had to leave it </p>
We have escalated the complaint to the Jet Tembisa management to address as our valued customer is not happy that the staff member instructed you to go fetch another item as the system could not pick up the price on the one that you brought , which was unprofessional . A reference number for the formal complaint logged on your behalf is as follows ***/GO. The store management will make certain that this kind of incident does not re occur and provide the necessary training for our staff members. . It is feedback from customers like you that will ensure that we will continue to maintain the high standard of service that you expect of us.
