Customer shop with caution at these retail shops
I bought clothes and needed to be return as the size was to small. Then you get told by the cashiers sorry we dnt do cash Refunds( where in there shop it says no cash refunds) Then they tell you,you can return things within 30days only,and refer to the back of the slip. Who in the festive has time to read on the back of the slip really now???? They don't wanna return your cash instead wanna give you a gift card to still spend in their stores while the customer sevice is not up to standard,,, what happen to the old people that can't read the back of the slip?? Where in their stores do they have boards that state all these things of theirs, I feel ****** cuse I can't return the things for my cash or change it,,, so wht must I do with the clothes that serves me no purpose,,,
