Customer service at its worst
Was at jet in bronkhorstspruit to send in my cell phone for repairs via insurance, they guy at the cellphone counter said they dnt take in any repairs due to lockdown which I know is a lie because we on level 3 and 90% places r now open! He said he can only sell a cellphone but cnt book it for repairs!
