Customer service

I did a laybye at Jet Mall of Africa 3 months back, towards the end of June i went to fetch my laybye no one knew where my parcel was waited close to an hour the cashier acted as if she doesn't see me. There was another guy who had my receipt so lost as if he doesn't know what to do. I really like your homeware but with the service i received i wont buy there again.
