Customer service

Their customer service is up to ****. Handed cellphone in for warrenty repair. Was told will take 21 days to sort out. 21 days then became 21 working days. 21 working days then became 21 working days when repair center receive handset. Whent to the store on Saturday that passed to collect cell phone, it is not back from repair center as their 21 days ended last week and Tuesday. They still wanted to offer more excuses and I said to the store manager that I had enough of their excuses. Phoned complaints department, still waiting since then for them to phone me back. Worst customer service ever and I deal with customers every day but do not treat them like this.
