Customer bullying and retail arrogance and *****

I have account with Jet, since the beginning of lockdown I was paying it by EFT and I was getting my statement showing my payments. However since the last 4 months I have been paying, no statement , my balance not getting down, my credit report shows that I am behind with 3 month. I have called their account department and they told me my account is no longer with them and the y gave me a number to call RCS and I called and the lady promised me statement 2 weeks ago still waiting. Today went to Canal work Jet and did the same again with the manager.

Nobody knows or understand the system, its like a joke to them and now my account is closed with my wife's and my card frozen.
