******!!!!!! Don't open jet account or ull find yourself over charged and left bank rupt. I hate this store and I just want this account closed and no more money being added!!!!!
Jet account was handed over to dept collectors without any warning. Now I can't buy a house coz of a mere 1800 and listed as a judgement. I paid off the account 2 days ago, the full amount and was told to wait for amount to reflect before closing down. But now I called to close it down, I'm told to pay R190 more even though I paid off all the amount I owed. My account keeps going up and I don't buy it. Her account is hell!!!

31 Jan 2019, 10:25Don't make yourself look good wen I missed your call because I have been trying to get assistance by calling the head office and instead I am being transferred from one number to another with no help. U are ****** and truck your customers into paying money they don't know. I want this account closed and jet hell out of my name and life!!!!!!!!!!! 2 hours worth of airtime on the phone and not assisted. Told to pay more money admin fee yokunuka!!!!!
