CREDIT REPORT INCORRECTLY UPDATED
I am very dissapointed but also annoyed by what Jet did on my credit report. They have updated my credit report with a handover while my account is in use. When I call their customer service number they are also shocked at what I am saying as my account is in good staying. I emailed they serval times and called also. I really need this fixed urgently. I am in finance and currently looking for a job. This will tarnish my applications as I need a clear credit record.
