Credit money back

I could give them zero if It was there, I have credit card with jet, I never take jet club, so I paid my account in Full and it was extra with R250, so you opened the jet club to use my money . I send email on the 13 June nd lay a complain they advised that someone will help me, even today no response. I want that jet club of R80 to be canceled and I want my money back.
