Credit Life insurance ****

My Father had an account with Jet and he passed on 2020 October, he also had a credit insurance with Jet that will pay for his balance when he passes on, we have submitted all the information in our local jet stores in Bizana for them to close the account and credit insurance to settle the balance. but we have been sent numerous messages from NMB requesting payment for that account.
