Credit amounts taken from peoples accounts without their consent

I had a credit on my Jet account. With no subscriptions, and no reason to look at the statements they kept on sending me, I left it. After a few months I openend one and saw that they were deducting a R34 monthly charges untill a 0 balance. When I phoned the call centre a lady told me that they deduct this money from everyone until the credit amount is used up and this is my own fault for having a credit in the first place. She is also not interested in helping me recover my money. I am writing this review to everybody to make people aware of how RCS is taking money from people without them knowing or consenting to it. As this is not a subscription that you signed for or authorized. My account has been closed since.
