I went to pay my account in.July this I met by a young man with a cell C TShirt who voluntary wanted to help me took my card and money to pay for me being elderly he went to the till and indeed brought back my card and a slip together with free sim card which he told me it is given to jet customers I never bothered until I got a an sms from jet saying iam owing whereas I know my account was fully paid I went back to the store to speak to the manager I wanted him to identify the man who ******* me he told me that it is impossible to identify him as all cell C use the same pin code he assured me that the ******* contract that the man made is cancelled I must throw away the sim card but I received an sms to pay again I went back and he didn't want to speak to me I went to jet in Evaton I told that I took a contract and must pay despite explaining what happened I advised to call rms to cancel it myself. I want JEt to identify this man whom I think he got. Commission for this ***** done in the store this ******* contract to be cancelled
