contract with jet cell
I have somehow got a contract with jet where I receive R50 airtime every month on numerous occasions I have tried to cancel it. I have even gone in store but it still is not cancelled.The last time I went to Parow store and the cashier dialed a number to have it cancelled but no one answered the phone I do not want the R50 airtime, I am not using that Sim card .I LOST THE SIM CARD MONTHS AGO and am still being billed for it with additional costs and interests. Could someone in your accounts department put a stop to it as I am at my wits end paying money for things I am not using are you running a scheme here because I am totally fed up now.
