continued poor service from jet stores

I must saty that I am completly surprised by the customer service given by Jet stores. In the negative. One month ago I went into a store to make a complaint and was told I would recieve a reply within 72 hours. After 10 days of no feedback I complained on here about it and received a prompt reply of action. I was given a reference code Reference number: ********** 1524/GO 3 weeks later STILL no responce from them. I am the one having to run around tring to get answers I needed.
