Conned by staff at Jet Clearwater

So I walk into Jet stores Clearwater so a staff member by the name Phiwo walks tells me about a promotion that doesn't exist. He takes my card print a statement indicates to me I could cancel some of the insurances I have. I gladly oblidge as I dont want any insurance at all I ask him to cancel even my jet club membership.he makes a couple of calls and claims he has cancelled out my jetclub membership and cellphone insurance. He asks me to sign I gladly do. Two days later I get a message that says I have taken a jet funeral policy! The hell what, I want that **** cancelled like yesterday. I call the branch been on hold for over an hour! If am I conned in Jet wher am I safe? I have asked to speak to the branch manager until I ran out of airtime! I really want out. Customers beware!
