conned!
I received an sms from jet offering airtime for R25 you get R49 airtime For 6 months..i gladly accpted as i thought it was a great deal. Then i bought R60 airtime to activate my BIS. Only to find out that aince the activation of the Jet offer neither my bis.or whats app can work! I cancelled the next day... Nothing happened..now when i went in.to jet they said i need the.reference number but i.didnt get one! Now they wont help me! I feel they conned me by not being transparent in their dealings! I want it to be cancelled as i need my whats app and bis!!!! This.is BS! Im extremely aggitated by their lack of.customer care...
