Complaint against Jet

Good day

I must say that i am really disappointing with the service that i had received with JET as a store, I settled my account in full the beginning of this year, until now i have requested that the account should be closed, however until now its still shows active, I really would like to understand as to why cause numerous time i had requested for it to be closed i even received a paid up letter. This is really frustrating and it shows how be terrible we can be treated as clients. I hope to be assisted with this matter soon as possible😕😕😡😡😡😡😡.
