Complaint about safety in Jet Store at Gateway

I always shop at Jet and love the affordable clothes. Today I was ****** at Jet Gateway and the staff were so rude. They offered no sympathy to me. I was so upset that my wallet had been taken in there store an they did nothing to help me. All they said including the manager is, the cameras don't work, it's not safe here this happens often ND I must be more careful. I asked what can they do to help they said nothing. I have lost so much of money. I dread to think what would happen if something worse happens at that store. No security at all to ensure the safety of customers. I request that this be investigated. If this is an ongoing issue how many more people will get ****** before they put cameras or add further security...
