Complaint about phone repair

I bought a Nokia 1 phone in jet store in Palm Springs Orange Farm on 11/06/2018 and 3 month down the line it started to give me troubles because it started to vibrate and it went off and it never turned on again,then I took it back to the shop where I found one of the stuff that promised me he will take it back to the repairs but every time I go to the shop to ask about it they tell me stories that they will call me every Wednesday but they never did until I found a manager by the name of The big who once said I will get my phone after 3 month,mtn is slow I must wait and I asked him what must i use in the meantime because b3 month is too long I can't wait that long,so if anyone from head office who can read this please call Jet Orange Farm branch to find out what's going on.
