Complaint

Bad service. My mommy's account has been handed over to legal and she wants a statement to see why is it handed over and they are playing hide and seek no one is willing to assist her with the statement. She went to Greenacres Jet store and she was sent to a phone and they gave her the wrong dates for what good reason?

I believe they know who or what happened to her account hence she's been sent from pillar to post. She wouldn't mind if the statement can be sent to my email address:***
