Complaint

I don’t know how many time I have been and being transferred all over with no assistance. I paid up my account and closed it over a year ago. I was told paid up letter will be emailed till today I have never received it.

When ever I call I am being transferred all over. Jet transferred me to RCS *** and RCS transferred to Nimble group ***) who also said they don't have records for my account.
